Keyword Discovery ($1000)

Finding out who your competition is, the search volume for your desired keywords and what the alternative keywords are can help you create a SEO friendly site that brings you qualified traffic.

Included Items:

  • Discovery Interview - face to face meeting and/or questionnaires to determine goals and keywords
  • Keyword Research - analyze the competition, search volume and alternatives for the chosen keywords (<30 keywords)
  • Assessment Reports - documentation of findings

SEO Assessment ($2500)

Are you looking to improve the quantity and quality of search engine traffic?  My SEO Assessment will give you a detailed plan for growing your site traffic. 

Included Items:

  • Assessment Interview - face to face meeting and/or questionnaires to determine goals, keywords, knowledge and abilities.
  • Keyword Discovery - see above
  • Site Research - traffic stats, site structure, link structure, page structure, keyword density, keyword rankings, search engine inclusions and more.
  • Assessment Reports - documentation of findings and implementation plan

I can help implement the suggested improvements, but that requires a separate agreement specific to your site and the work being done.

SEO Maintenance ($500 a quarter)

An on-going analysis of your site traffic, search engine traffic and keyword placement provides the foundation for further optimization as your site, customers and web technologies change.

Included Items:

  • Site Research - site traffic analysis and reporting, search engine traffic analysis and reporting, keyword rankings (<30 keywords) and more.
  • Research Reports - monthly reports

All data reports can be provided as Excel spreadsheets, PDF's or Google Docs.  All documentation reports can be provided as Word files, PDF's or Google Docs.   All project communication and data files will be saved in Basecamp, an online project management suite that I use to manage and archive all project activities.
